How to use Time Audit

1. Start tracking -- hit the button and the timer aligns to the next clock boundary based on your chosen interval. At each check-in, a beep and flashing tab ask what you just did.

2. Log honestly -- type a short sentence describing the block. Use the repeat button if you're still on the same task. Got distracted mid-block? Hit Distracted while the timer runs and it'll auto-split when the alert fires.

3. Backfill gaps -- click "Add" or tap any unlogged gap in the timeline to fill in time you missed. Quick-add chips cover common activities like sleep, commute, and cooking.

4. Focus mode -- deep in something? Hit Focus and pick a duration. The timer extends and won't interrupt you until that window ends.

5. Analyze your day -- scroll to "Analyze day" at the bottom of the timeline. Tag entries by category, then see a pie chart breakdown. The waste section shows exactly where time slipped away.
